By accessing or using AI Comrade, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you disagree with any part of the terms, you may not access the service. These terms apply to all visitors, users and others who access or use the Service.

2. Use of Service

You must follow any policies made available to you within the Service. Don't misuse our Services. For example, don't interfere with our Services or try to access them using a method other than the interface and the instructions that we provide.

• Lawful use only within regional regulations
• No unauthorized access attempts (hacking)
• No automated scraping without explicit consent

3. Accounts & Security

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. Failure to do so constitutes a breach of the Terms, which may result in immediate termination of your account.

• Responsible for password confidentiality
• Notification of any security breach required
• Account is personal and non-transferable

4. Payments & Subscriptions

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis. Payments are processed securely via Razorpay.

• Subscription fees are non-refundable
• Automatic renewal unless cancelled
• Free trials are limited as specified

5. Limitation of Liability

AI Comrade shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages resulting from your use of the service.
